DAY #24 - NGWANE PARK CAREPOINT
This is the largest urban/peri-urban community in Swaziland. It covers a vast area so the kids at this CarePoint have to walk long distances to get to it. The communities at Ngwane Park really are actively involved in making the ministry to the children a success. Located on a large piece of land down by a small river, they have planted a big garden to help supplement the food provided by Children’s Cup. Please pray that through this CarePoint, God will touch hundreds - even thousands - of precious children and give them a future and a hope in Jesus.
Today, Steve Ware from the staff at Parkview Baptist High School is leading us in prayer.
- Jesus, we lift up the Ngwane Park CarePoint and ask for Your blessings. Reveal Your love to the children of this area through the meals that are provided. Touch their hearts as their bellies get fed. We pray that the children would come to know and worship You. Give them hope and show them Your hands of grace and mercy.
Lord, provide food and workers for this CarePoint. May there always be an abundance of Your blessings in this area. Bless the land, touch it with Your power, and raise up this community as You touch Swaziland.
