DAY #10 - SUSAN RODGERS
Susan is blessed with the gift of hospitality, feeding and serving others... encouraging other missionaries from all over, holding Bible studies, hosting government officials and national pastors. No one leaves her house without having filled their stomachs as well as their hearts full of good things. She says her first calling is that of wife and mother—supporting Ben with prayer and encouragement, and raising their children to know and love Jesus. Pray for Susan’s health, strength, and wisdom, as she gives her best for the Lord. And pray that as she does, the children of Africa will be blessed because of the strength she provides to the Children’s Cup team that serves them.
Today we have invited Terri Anderson, from the staff of Healing Place Church, to lead us in prayer.
- Father God, we lift up Susan to your capable hands. Lord, as she gives unselfishly to her ministry, her husband, and her children may Your joy be her strength! Bless her, Lord, with radiant health! Fill her with Your wisdom and Your life-giving words as she prepares the way for the Children's Cup team to push forward with their progress.
Remind her, Lord, that she is a princess and that she is precious to You. Father, we ask that the brillant Light inside of her shine upon every man, woman, and child that her ministry reaches.
Bless her, her family and their efforts, We give You all the praise, all the glory and all the honor in the name Jesus! Amen!
